Event bookings are not confirmed until a signed contract and deposit are received.

 

3. Event Bookings

Booking an event at The Country Ranch requires:  A signed rental agreement.  A non-refundable deposit. Compliance with all venue rules and policies.  The details, requirements, and conditions of your booking will be outlined in your rental agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your signed agreement, the signed agreement will prevail.

 

4. Payments and Refunds 

Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and refund eligibility are determined by the event contract. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.  The Company is not responsible for payment issues arising from your chosen payment method or financial institution.

 

5. External Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites for your convenience.We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for:  Content on third-party sites.  Privacy practices of external websites.  Services provided by third parties.  You access third-party sites at your own risk.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights
